Terms & Conditions

• Goods are sold in their existing condition, all goods to be inspected by customer prior to purchase.
• Customers will be allocated a time slot to view the item they have requested to purchase, when the customer is happy to proceed with the purchase we will raise a sales invoice. 
• Full payment by bank transfer must be made within 24hours of viewing product, otherwise products are released for sale.
• Customer to ensure goods are fit for purpose and sufficient access to permit delivery to room of choice.
• Delivery charge will be quoted and must be paid in full prior to delivery.
• Purchased goods can be collected between 10 - 4pm Monday to Friday, times to be agreed in advance.
• Goods can only be stored for a maximum of 28 days thereafter a weekly storage charge of £50 per item per week will apply. 
• We operate on a first come, first sale basis, so you’ll need to move fast!
• All ex-display, samples and reduced showroom are sold as seen and do not carry any guarantee or return option and are non-refundable.

These terms are in addition to the Kris Turnbull Ltd conditions of sale.
